Terms and Conditions

All items on this site are offered in UK pounds.

Postage will be charged at £3.35 per book up to 3 books within the UK. Any extra books in a single package will be added post free unless the weight is exceptional in which case we shall charge according to the extra cost.

For all overseas packages air mail postage will be used and charged at £4.50 a book for the first 2 books (i.e. £9.00). Any extra books will be charged at £3.50 per book up to a maximum of £25.00 per package. If your order is exceptionally heavy we shall notify you of the extra postage costs involved by email and request the further payment for postage before despatch.

All orders from overseas will be sent air mail unless surface postage has been requested specifically, prior to the confirmation of the order.

All books are offered for sale subject to availability. We endeavour to keep the site up to date adding new, and removing old books, every day. We take every effort to describe the books as accurately as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please advise us by phone (01243 781342) or by email julian@nanglerarebooks.co.uk upon receipt and return it within 10 days for a full refund.

Once your card details are accepted we will confirm your order.

Security and Privacy

The information we collect is via a secure server and is only used by us lawfully and within the Data Protection Act 1998. Your credit card details are not stored after your order has been fulfilled and Nangle Rare Books does not have access to your card numbers. We aim to make our online transactions as secure as possible. The checkout process is performed on our secure server which will encrypt all your input making it impossible for any data transmitted from your computer to be intercepted by others.
